Job Objectives:
To manage a portfolio of clients for both CACEIS Bank, Ireland Branch (the “Branch”) and CACEIS Ireland Limited (the “Company”) and to ensure the provision of high quality, professional services to these clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio of clients for the Branch and Company.
Liaise with clients and organise & attend regular review meetings / calls.
Resolve queries through to completion in a timely manner.
Liaise with clients to better understand their needs and requirements, and to identify potential process improvements and / or additional services which CACEIS can provide.
Board meetings – attend client board meetings and coordinate with the various departments / teams regarding their respective attendance, resolution of matters arising from previous board meetings and anticipating possible discussions items at the board meetings.
Keep clients updated on all CACEIS products and services.
Keep management (including Head of Regional Coverage) abreast of all issues arising concerning each client.
Assist clients launch new funds and / or services.
Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are in place for each client.
Liaise with colleagues internally to ensure all outstanding operational issues are identified and addressed and where necessary advise the client.
Participate in ‘ad hoc’ projects that can be local to Dublin or are larger CACEIS Group projects.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the various different departments, both locally in Dublin and throughout the CACEIS group.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Travel may be required.

Experience of attending and presenting at board / client meetings.

7+ years experience in the funds industry in a management level role.
