Structured finance analyst - sector aerospace & rail

You will join CACIB New York and especially "Strucured Finance Depatment" as Structured Finance Analyst.
Structured Finance (SFI) is one of the leading divisions of Crédit Agricole CIB.
The businesses of structured finance include originating, advising, structuring and financing investment transactions in France and further afield, which are often backed by tangible collateral such as aircraft, ships, corporate real estate) or complex and structured loans.
Structured Finance has the following main missions:
¤ originating and structuring complex financing mainly based on actual sureties, 
¤ providing advisory services in financing strategy and structuring,  
¤ ensuring the coverage on a worldwide basis of the following sectors : Aviation & Rail,  Infrastructure,  Oil & Gas,  Real Estate & Lodging,  Shipping,  Telecom, Media & Technology, Utilities & Power.

Your main mission will be : 
Missions include, but are not limited to:
-  Complete knowledge of the bank's systems and procedures

-  Preparation of client pitch books/presentations for Associates and Relationship Managers

-  Run profitability analysis on new deals and assess counterparties’ ratings

- Support associates in the preparation of credit analyses on airlines, aircraft leasing companies, and railcar leasing companies for new transactions and annual reviews

-  Interaction with the credit department, back office, and middle office personnel, as well as other product groups (such as Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndications, Interest Rate Derivatives, etc.)

- Special Projects.
As an Analyst in the Transportation Group, you will work on a variety of tasks and transactions.
You will work in a team environment, would support associates, and would interact closely with the Group's Transaction Manager, Relationship Managers, as well as external groups, such as the credit department, back/middle office, and various product groups.
You will have the opportunity to become involved in a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the team’s day to day activity.

Relevant business/finance course work in school.
Previous experience in banking is a plus, but not a requirement.
